Social Media Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement. The role demands someone who is trend-savvy, skilled in content creation tools, and has a thorough understanding of social media algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply them to campaigns.

2. Social Media Management:

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly.
• Use analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

3. Algorithm Optimization:

• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Client Collaboration:

• Travel to meet clients, understand their requirements, and create on-site content as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to maintain brand consistency.

5. Tools & Technology:

• Utilize content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant platforms.
• Leverage social media scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.

6. Email Communication:

• Design and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ensure email campaigns align with social media efforts for a cohesive digital strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site with clients as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience working with diverse brands and industries.
